#These Terms of Service govern your use of the iBeauty mobile app and website. By using iBeauty, you agree to these terms.

2. What iBeauty does
#iBeauty helps beauty professionals track business income, expenses, recurring costs, clients, services and products, wallets, and reports. The app is designed for lawful personal or business finance organization.
3. Your responsibilities
#You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the income, expense, wallet, and client information you enter.
- Keeping your account access secure.
- Using iBeauty only for lawful purposes.
- Reviewing your own records before making business, accounting, or tax decisions.
You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use iBeauty to store unlawful content.
4. Not financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice
#iBeauty is an organization and tracking tool. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, accounting, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions that require professional guidance.
5. Subscriptions
#iBeauty is a subscription service. Using the app requires an active subscription, offered on a monthly or yearly basis, and it renews automatically until canceled. One subscription covers your account everywhere you sign in: the mobile app and the web app.
Subscriptions bought in the mobile app are sold and processed by the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions bought on the iBeauty website are sold and processed by Stripe, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record) and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies. Website prices are in US dollars and include VAT.
New subscribers are offered a free introductory period. Unless you cancel before that period ends, the subscription renews at the standard price. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and introductory offer details are shown by the store or at checkout before purchase.
You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time: through your Apple ID or Google Play account for one bought in the app, or through Manage subscription in the web app's Settings for one bought on the website. Canceling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple's and Google's policies. For a subscription bought on the website, contact us at hello@danielzaharia.dev within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it. Nothing in these terms limits any right of withdrawal or refund that consumer law gives you where you live.
There is a single subscription and it includes every feature of the app. There is no limited tier and no separate paid upgrade, so nothing in iBeauty is withheld pending an additional purchase.
Available features may change over time as iBeauty improves.
6. Availability and changes
#We aim to keep iBeauty reliable, but the app may change, pause, or become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party services, or technical issues.
We may update features, pricing, supported platforms, or these terms. Continued use of iBeauty after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Limitation of liability
